Job Description:What Will You Be Doing?Create exciting and engaging environment by upholding company’s vision and standardsGenerate new ideas to improve store experienceTrain and manage associates to engage with customers and ensure they have a great store experienceStay informed on new products and share knowledge with stores associates and customers to drive sales resultsLeads and executes company management initiatives, to develop store managers and general managers for career progressionManage annual reviews, participates in hiring decisions, and identifies opportunities to maintain high retentionApproves schedules and manages budgetCreates engaging environment by upholding A&F Co. vision and setting the example of being business minded and customer focusedPartners with teams to ensure salesfloor follows visual guidelines and creates floorset placement maps to drive salesResolves operational and customer issuesPartners with Asset Protection team, cross functional DM’s, and teams to ensure we are working efficiently and effectivelyWhat Do You Need To Bring?Bachelor’s Degree or related experience4+ years of experience in a Retail Management roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to lead teams remotelyAbility to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelinesAbility to work nights, evenings, and weekends appropriate to retail business needsProven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settingsSuccessful track record in building and maintaining relationshipsEngaging and optimistic personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to changeHigh standards and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects and deliverables effectivelyPassion for retail and the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. family of brandsThe recruiting pay range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your years of experience, your work location, comparison to other employees in similar or related roles, or market demands.
