You'll lead a talented team of Administrative Assistants while helping to support efficient operations, staff development, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor, and support Administrative Assistants across multiple office locations.

• Develop and maintain training materials and onboarding programs for new team members.

• Create and manage team schedules.

• Assist with implementing administrative policies and procedures.

• Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused environment.

• Support patient financial consultations and administrative processes.

• Maintain strong communication with providers, referral offices, patients, and staff.

• Collaborate with leadership on training initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.

• Utilize practice management software and other administrative systems to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of three years of administrative, supervisory, or management experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
