What You Will Be Doing

You will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals.

• Provides professional consultative sales presentation to customers for generating the sale of HVAC options and services
• Time blocking for generating and building network for self-generation of leads
• Communicates clearly with others including management, co-workers, customers, vendors, and prospects
• Operates computer, I-Pad, phone, and other technology required for the position, in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Communicates and visits potential, new and older customers.

What You Have To Offer

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Get potential customers excited about Aquarius Home Services and encourage them to spread the word.
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions.

• Qualifications:
• High school diploma/Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 Years' Sale experience including but not limited to: Outside, Inside or Direct sales
• Minimum of 2 Years Selling HVAC
