HIV Prevention & PrEP/PEP Navigator
Via Care Community Health Center
The PrEP/PEP Navigator supports individuals at risk for HIV by providing education, HIV testing, care coordination, and navigation services related to PrEP and PEP. This position helps patients access prevention medications, complete required lab work, secure financial assistance when needed, and remain engaged in care through ongoing follow-up and adherence support. Working collaboratively with clinical staff and community partners, the PrEP/PEP Navigator promotes HIV prevention, conducts #J-18808-Ljbffr Via Care Community Health Center
