Biomedical Prevention Navigator - PrEP/PEP Access & Advocacy
Mens Health Foundation
Men’s Health Foundation seeks a PrEP Navigator to enroll clients in HIV biomedical prevention services at our West Hollywood clinic. Under supervision of the HIV Prevention Care Coordination Manager, you will assist with PrEP/PEP enrollment, eligibility, and linkage to care. The role emphasizes outreach, documentation in EMR, and collaboration with prevention teams.
