You will guide candidatesthrough the admissions process, manage application pipelines, andprovide critical administrative support to ensure a smooth andengaging experience from first contact to enrollment. Responsibilities Recruiting & Outreach Responsibilities: Prospective Student Outreach: Engage withprospective students (domestic and global) through variouscommunication channels, including phone, Zoom, in-person meetings,email, and events, to build relationships and generate interest ingraduate programs. Pipeline Development: Proactively identify andengage prospective students through targeted outreach, professionalnetworking platforms, events, referrals, and other recruitmentchannels to build and strengthen enrollment pipelines. Lead Management: Gather, track, and manageleads from events, outreach efforts, and prospective studentactivity using Salesforce. Maintain and develop lead lists tosupport ongoing engagement and drive application submissions. Targeted Outreach & Re-Engagement: Conductstrategic follow-up with prospective students, including inactiveleads, delayed applicants, and other high-potential candidates, tocreate additional enrollment opportunities. One-on-One Engagement: Conduct personalizedmeetings with prospective students to discuss their educational andcareer goals, review application readiness, and provide tailoredguidance on program fit and next steps. Application Follow-Up: Contact prospectivestudents who have started applications to encourage completion andprovide ongoing support throughout the application process. Partnership Development: Collaborate withhigher education institutions, employer partners, alumni,professional organizations, and community partners to identifyrecruiting opportunities, expand program awareness, and supportprospective student pipelines. Event Coordination: Plan, organize, andparticipate in recruitment activities such as graduate fairs,information sessions, on-campus Preview Days, webinars, networkingevents, and employer or community events. Coordinate eventlogistics and prospective student follow-up. Admissions Responsibilities: Application Coordination & Review: Overseethe application process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness ofsubmitted materials. Collaborate with the team to evaluateapplications and identify qualified candidates. Personalized Counseling: Provide one-on-oneguidance to prospective students, helping them navigate theadmissions process and understand program details, requirements,and next steps. Onboarding Support: Work closely with theStudent Affairs team to facilitate a smooth transition andonboarding process for newly admitted students. Graduate Admissions Collaboration: Work withthe Office of Graduate Admissions to resolve application issues,support international applicants, and ensure a seamless admissionsprocess. Scholarship Management: Assist withidentifying and awarding scholarships to eligible candidates andcommunicating scholarship decisions. Data Integrity: Maintain accurate prospectivestudent and admissions records in Salesforce, perform regular dataclean-up, and ensure data accuracy for reporting and historicalreference. Team Support: Provide additional support asneeded to advance enrollment, admissions, and onboardingpriorities. Minimum Qualifications EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher educationcan be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience(Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related workexperience). Department may hire employee at one of the following joblevels: Program Specialists, I: Requires a bachelor's (orequivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or amaster's (or equivalency) degree. Program Specialists, II: Requires a bachelor's (orequivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years ofdirectly related work experience. Preferences Education and Experience: Bachelor's degreewith 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or similarroles requiring strong relationship-building skills in a fast-pacedenvironment. Communication Skills: Exceptional written andverbal communication abilities, with a proven track record ofdelivering compelling presentations and engaging effectively acrossvarious channels. Work Ethic and Time Management: Strongcompetitive drive and work ethic, with excellent time managementskills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain highaccuracy, ensuring data integrity and meticulousdocumentation. Independent Decision-Making: Proven ability towork autonomously and make sound decisions.
