We are looking for a driven, disciplined and energetic recruiter! If you are a person who enjoys sales and recruiting and you want to get paid what you are worth then look no further!
Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Use LinkedIn, cold calling, job boards, and other recruiting techniques to source and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews (both telephone and in virtual)
- Perform reference checks
- Ultimately place candidates in roles that are a good fit for the candidate and our client companies
Sales
- Use existing leads and develop own leads to grow company business
- Use proven methods to sell company service on the telephone and in person
- Create sales strategy to hit company targets and increase client base
- Actively engage with prospective new customers via phone, web conference and in-person to introduce services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- 3+ years of recruiting experience required
- 3+ years of sales experience required, preferably selling a service
- Must have experience cold calling and finding own leads
- Must show demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close a deal
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
- Great attitude, and a team player
- Experience working with a CRM is a plus
