Full Time Nanny

Full Time Nanny in Tampa, FL Children: 13 month old girl and baby on the way (due in July) Schedule: Monday to Friday- 7am/ 8am start to 3pm/4pm, flexibility for Saturday's and Sunday for overnights or travel (e.g. a long weekend, or a week to the beach during summer etc).
A wonderful family in Tampa, FL are looking for a long term Nanny for their growing family. This position will be full time, 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate for this role is a Nanny who has experience working with infants and young toddlers, and helping meet developmental milestones through age appropriate activities, Montessori education and gentle discipline. Little Girl is very active, so the ideal Nanny will be active and adventurous to enjoy these outings.
Duties will include:
Start date is available ASAP for the right candidate. Compensation BOE (based on experience) - please submit salary requirements. Health insurance stipend. Vehicle provided

- Assist in all aspects of childcare, with a focus on toddler development.
- Keep all baby-related items organized, including:
- Packing and organizing the diaper bag.
- Packing baby and mom's belongings when leaving the house or traveling.
- Child laundry, keeping nursery and play areas tidy and organized.
- Maintain a nurturing, educational environment for both the toddler and the baby with a focus on early childhood development.
- Manage and maintain a safe and clean environment for the baby.
- Newborn Care experience required
- Experience with infant care and toddler development.
- Must be comfortable and have experience working collaboratively with hands on parents; knowing when to step in and step out, and deviate to other child-related tasks when parents are with child
- Background in early childhood education is highly preferred.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be comfortable with large dogs- they are a part of the family!
- Must be active and "hands on" with child activities, and an excellent swimmer (family has a boat)
