Overview Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full‑stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts. We’re accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000‑sq‑ft facility creating 350 new jobs, and expanding rapidly with Hadrian Maritime and a Factory‑as‑a‑Service model. The Role As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our talent across a broad range of disciplines. From software engineers and hardware specialists to operations professionals and executive leaders, you’ll work on high‑impact roles that shape the future of our company and the industry. This is not a traditional recruiting role. You’ll be embedded in a fast‑paced, technical environment where agility, resourcefulness, and deep partnership with hiring managers are key. We Are Looking For Multiple Recruiters Manufacturing & Hardware Recruiter – Owns hiring for the advanced manufacturing and hardware talent that build and operate Hadrian’s factories. Software Recruiter – Owns hiring for engineers and technical talent that power Hadrian’s software and automation systems. G&A Recruiter – Builds out critical business functions across Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to support our rapid growth. What You’ll Do Own full‑cycle recruiting across a diverse set of functions (e.g., Software, Hardware, Operations, Leadership). Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics. Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high‑quality pipelines. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Hadrian’s culture and values. Lead efficient and scalable interview processes, balancing speed with quality. Leverage data to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform decisions. Contribute to strategic initiatives including employer branding, talent market mapping, DEI efforts, and recruiting operations. Act as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders across the company, influencing hiring decisions with clarity and insight. Who You Are You have 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions or domains. You’re energized by variety and thrive in environments where no two roles are the same. You’re a strong communicator who can build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike. You are data‑literate, process‑oriented, and relentless about improving the craft of recruiting. You approach recruiting with curiosity, resilience, and a bias for action. You care deeply about candidate experience and team dynamics. Bonus: Experience hiring in technical, manufacturing, or early‑stage startup environments. Compensation Target salary range: $100,000 – $175,000 (actual range may vary based on experience). The range can be modified. Salary will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skill, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
