What You’ll Do

• Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection ( CBP ) and Foreign-Trade Zone ( FTZ ) regulations; maintain and update FTZ procedures, manuals, and records.
• Coordinate FTZ -related filings and audits with CBP, brokers, and internal teams; prepare and submit e214, CF 216, CF 7512, CF 3461/7501.
• Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize FTZ software; support upgrades and integration with ERP/WMS platforms.
• Provide training and serve as the primary point of contact for FTZ site-related inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with management and teams; support OSHA-compliant, safe operations.
• Assist with forecasting, variance analysis, vendor pricing/rebates tracking, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Freight Forwarding, Compliance, Safety, Human Resources, Finance, and customers.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years in FTZ operations, customs compliance, or international logistics.
• S trong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures; ACE Portal experience preferred.
• Experience with FTZ software systems and ERP/WMS platforms.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred; intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Must pass drug and criminal background check; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment

Eighty-five percent of work time may be spent in various warehouse or other locations where the environment is not climate controlled (hot and cold seasonally).
