Torrance, CA | Full-Time |$20–$22/hr. | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you highly organized, proactive, and energized by working with people? We're looking for a driven Scheduling Coordinator (Office Admin) to join our team and play a key role in connecting new hires with work opportunities across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule new hire assignments across various sites
• Act as a central point of communication between employees, supervisors, and management
• Ensure schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and efficiently executed
• Follow up on assignments and maintain strong organizational systems
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external partners

What We're Looking For

• Experience in office administration or clerical roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service mindset
• Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-up habits
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• A true go-getter—proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working with individuals at all levels of an organization
