Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor - Anticoagulation and Pharmacotherapy

Description The Pharmacy Supervisor is a licensed pharmacist who coordinates with the Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily workflow, staffing, orientation, training, and development of caregivers. The role promotes a collaborative team approach to care, ensures safe and appropriate use of medications, and maintains department operations that comply with regulatory requirements. The supervisor delivers pharmaceutical care services, including drug information, drug distribution, and clinical pharmacy services, across all age groups from neonates through geriatrics where applicable, and supports pharmacy technologies, systems, informatics, and medication safety initiatives.
