Qualifications Education Required Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred Experience Required Two to three (2-3) years of recent clinical nursing experience in medical and surgical settings Demonstrated ability to manage complex patient care across diverse clinical environments Willingness and ability to float to multiple facility locations Skills & Competencies Required Advanced clinical competency in patient assessment and care planning Ability to synthesize patient data and anticipate care needs Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based nursing interventions Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to adapt nursing practices to diverse patient populations and clinical scenarios Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic healthcare settings Certifications & Licensures Required Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing Current BLS certification Current TB screening and required vaccinations (including flu) #J-18808-Ljbffr Henry Ford Health
