Construction is a $2T industry that powers civilization. It's also running on PDFs, rulers, and 1990s software. The biggest choke point? Cost estimates. Takeoffs are manual, brutal, and slow — estimators spend days counting materials from drawings by hand. One mistake blows millions.

Bobyard is automating construction takeoff with AI. We use CV + NLP to read drawings like an expert estimator, but 10x faster with less mistakes. We're turning the most painful part of pre-construction into software.

We're a lean, elite team backed by the best VCs on earth: 8VC, Primary, and Pear. We're building next-gen software to drag the built world into the future.

Position Overview

Great products win markets. As we scale our core and launch new 0 → 1 bets, we need a product leader who operates like a founder. You'll own the product roadmap end-to-end. You will:

• Live in customer workflows: Get in the field with estimators, PMs, and GCs. Understand the job better than they can articulate it.

• Shape vision & roadmap: Decide what we build, what we kill, and how we win. Turn market chaos into a product that feels inevitable.

• Create, iterate, and validate new products: Own 0 → 1. From napkin to revenue. Test, ship, learn, repeat.

• Execute with engineering and UI/UX: No handoffs. You're in the details — specs, Figma, code reviews, user calls.

• Communicate vision with marketing & sales: Make the market believe. Arm GTM to sell what we build and shape the category.

Bobyard targets competitive top-of-market compensation because we hire people who ship and drive real impact — and we aim to reward that, including through variable pay tied to performance. Individual compensation is determined by role, experience, and contribution, at Bobyard's discretion.
