We're a small team, which means counselors here have real say in how the clinical program runs.What you'll doCarry a caseload of OP and IOP clients individual sessions, group facilitation, and family sessions as neededComplete biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM level-of-care determinationsWrite and update treatment plans with measurable, client-driven goalsDocument sessions in the EHR within [24/48] hours of serviceCoordinate care with our psychiatric provider, peer support staff, and outside referral sources (probation, DCP&P, hospitals, sober living)Handle discharge and continuing-care planningParticipate in weekly treatment team and clinical supervisionWhat we're looking forActive CADC in good standing with the NJ Alcohol and Drug Counselor CommitteeExperience in an outpatient or IOP settingComfortable running groups this is a group-heavy programSolid documentation habits and familiarity with Medicaid/MCO record standardsReliable, on time, and able to hold boundaries with a challenging population
