Now hiring a Recruiter (Direct Hire) Location: North Las Vegas, NV $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year – Based on Experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (or as needed after hours/weekends) Your Next Mission: Find the Best Candidate You'll recruit top talent, build strong candidate and client relationships, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and help connect great people with great opportunities while delivering outstanding service every step of the way. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred Experience Requirements Previous recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Proficiency with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications Strong customer service and relationship-building experience Job Duties Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates into open positions Manage a high volume of candidates and job orders while maintaining organization and responsiveness Build strong relationships with candidates and provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process Source candidates using multiple recruiting platforms, job boards, and networking tools Maintain accurate candidate records and document recruiting activity in a timely manner Partner with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and identify qualified talent Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to keep the hiring process moving efficiently Adapt quickly to changing priorities, staffing demands, and business needs Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hires as needed Deliver professional communication through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions Are you a natural at reading people, navigating tough conversations, and closing the deal?
