By prioritizing our team and promoting an open-minded environment, we push the boundaries of what's possible and bring new ideas to life.JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Senior Manager of Tory Burch and Retailer.com will be responsible for driving the Tory Burch US marketing function while developing the strategy and vision to lead sales growth for the Fragrance Division across Retailer.com sites (Max Mara, Issey Miyake, Narciso rodriguez and Hermes). This role will provide strategic guidance, development support, and business best practices for the Retailer.com channel. The role will work closely with the various fragrances brand holder teams, US Marketing, Sales, and Retail Merchants to support and deliver brand sales targets and new business initiatives.WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will develop and execute Tory Burch US marketing strategy, calendar, launch plans, retailer programs, and full marketing mix to drive brand growth.You will manage budget ownership, ROI analysis, and performance optimization in partnership with transversal teams (finance, education, S&OP, sales)You will forecast and manage POSM, samples, collateral, GWPs, promo sets, and new product forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Forecasting.You will lead Fragrance Retailer.com strategy, business planning, account launches, digital co-op planning, and day-to-day execution across retailer digital touchpoints for the portfolio of fragrances: Tory Burch, Max Mara, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, HermesYou will negotiate and secure retailer.com exposure, promotional calendars, sampling plans, inventory alignment, and customer experience support to maximize sales and brand impact.You will monitor business performance, competitive activity, and market trends; deliver insights, business reviews, retailer recaps, and recommendations to brand holders and internal stakeholders.WHO YOU AREYou have 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing at a retailer or brandYou are highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentYou are a strategic thinker with an ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groupsYou can think “outside of the box” with a test & learn mindsetYou have strong project planning, tracking, and analysis skillYou have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized mannerYou can analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordinglyAptitude for working with Internet tools (i. e. web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies)If this sounds like you, we want you on our team. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience.
