We also utilize a cloud-based veterinary database and digital phone system, providing convenient access to patient and client information.What You'll Do As a member of our client services team, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for both our clients and their pets. You will:Be the first point of contact for our clients, welcoming each person with compassion, enthusiasm, and professionalismSchedule appointments and efficiently manage client check-in and check-outAnswer and manage phone and email communications, ensuring questions and requests are appropriately prioritized and routedProvide helpful and knowledgeable information about our services, pricing, and veterinary careMultitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer serviceHelp create a welcoming, supportive experience for clients navigating their pets' healthcare needsWhat We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping both people and animals.
