Sales Assistant - Power Systems Location:

1st Starting Compensation Range:

$23.00 - $28.91 per hour What You Will Do: Digital Content and Media Support - Make basic edits, and organize photos, videos, and other digital materials using appropriate editing platforms while ensuring content is consistent and meets customer and contract requirements Use photo, video, and document-editing platforms to enhance project materials, including adjusting images and videos, organizing visual elements, and adding text, transitions, effects, or other features when needed Enter and update information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems while maintaining accurate and organized records Maintain and organize spreadsheets that track contract requirements, customer information, project status, deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding items; Regularly review records for missing or incorrect information Gather required materials from internal team members, confirm that submission packages are complete and accurate, and follow up on missing information or revisions Maintain organized electronic and physical project files, apply consistent file naming and version control, archive completed submittals, and retain submission records in accordance with contract and company requirements Learn new editing tools and techniques and adapt to different platforms based on project and customer-submittal needs Coordinate submission schedules and communicate status, deadlines, and document needs to the sales admin and project team; Support customer communication related to submittals as directed Work in coordination with team to achieve Continuous Improvement goals and objectives Perform other related duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: High School/GED Entry level Prior administrative, document-control, editing, or project-support experience preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, deadlines, and document requests efficiently Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and clear professional correspondence Strong file-management, document-control, and version-control skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with project teams and other departments Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and completeness What Success Looks Like In This Role: Effective time management, including prioritization of competing demands, and meeting deadlines Quickly managing changing priorities, contract requirements, deadlines, and workload demands Thoroughly reading and following contract requirements, customer specifications, procedures, and submission instructions Successfully working in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet project deadlines Maintaining a professional, responsive approach when supporting customer deliverables Promoting a positive customer experience Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit and talk or hear Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k), $0.75 to $1.25 match up to 6% Life and disability insurance In-house training instructors/programs Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonus program Tool allowances and tool loans Discounts on cellular phone service, computers, and vehicles Opportunities for overtime Shift differential (if applicable) You’ll gain access to real learning, real advancement, and a real future in a company that’s reshaping what it means to lead in our industry.
