In this unarmed role, you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.13 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or public emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or building entry procedures while reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security‑related issues to the appropriate contacts. Support daily operations at the location by assisting with directional inquiries, observing vendor and/or contractor activity, and maintaining a visible presence consistent with Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
