They are deeply committed to supporting their industry, customers, partners, team members, and communities through an unwavering "people serving people" culture powered by integrity, passion, and accountability.This position will be responsible for the development and performance of the company's Inside Sales Team.Key responsibilities include:Develop, enable, and retain a team of A PlayersEstablish, track, and measure KPIs that align with the company's growth plansCreate KAs for the team and review quarterlyConduct weekly/bi-weekly one-on-ones with the team focused on development of skill sets and identifying roadblocks to removeDevelop a compensation plan that optimally aligns Inside Sales focus with broader company goalsDevelop and implement systems to track, measure, and drive accountability of the following key functions:Inbound leads are contacted within 60 seconds of receivingInbound leads are contacted 3X in the first 24 hoursAll customers who have rented (or closed/lost) in the last 36 months are contacted quarterly with a "3 and out" cadence, tracked and measuredAll truck sales customers are contacted weekly during the last four weeks leading up to deliveryAll customers with trucks on rent are contacted monthly to ensure satisfactionCare calls are leveraged as sales calls, with systems built to measure and ensure cross-selling opportunities are optimizedEstablish clear and scalable processes for communication between inside and outside salesSatisfaction surveys are conducted on all closed-won opportunitiesSwag is distributed on all new rentals and truck salesAll reporting is accurate and up to date, supporting the umbrella Sales KPI of opportunities created, opportunities closed won, and opportunities closed lostQualifications include:Bachelor's DegreeDemonstrated track record of success with 5+ years of sales/management experienceDisciplined and strong ability to work in a collaborative environmentExcellent interpersonal skills, verbal and writtenExcellent presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
