Position Overview: This position will be responsible for setting and executing the strategy for BTR’s Inside Sales team to increase revenue in both rental and sales. Key Responsibilities: Attract, develop, and retain a team of A Players Establish, track and measure KPI’s that align with BTR’s growth plans Create Key Accountabilities aligning your team’s responsibilities with BTR’s broader goals Conduct weekly/ bi-weekly one on ones with team members to support execution Develop compensation plan that optimally aligns Inside Sales focus with BTR’s broader goals Develop and implement systems to track, measure and drive accountability of the following key functions- Inbound lead follow-up Customer retention Customer recovery Technology adoption to drive efficiency and effectiveness Communication and collaboration between inside and outside sales Customer satisfaction measurement All reporting, invoicing, and asset movement is accurate and up to date Key Responsibilities: Bachelor’s Degree Demonstrated track record of success with 5+ years of sales/ management experience Disciplined & strong ability to work in collaborative environment Excellent interpersonal skills- verbal and written Excellent presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) At BTR, we are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications from all qualified candidates, however only those considered for the position will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
