Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of daily vehicle sales operations Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals Handle F&I responsibilities, including presenting financing options and securing deals Make outbound sales and follow‑up calls to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement Develop and implement sales strategies to overcome market‑specific challenges Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support the team and interact with customers Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed to improve results Qualifications: Prior experience in automotive sales management Strong background in Finance & Insurance (F&I) Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to make phone calls and take initiative daily Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM systems High energy, goal‑oriented, and adaptable to change Why Arnie Bauer Chevy GMC?
