About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Structuring within its investment management division. The successful candidate will be a key player in the evaluation and execution of investments across securitized products, with a primary focus on structuring, modeling, and relative value analysis. This role involves close collaboration with senior investors and portfolio managers, directly contributing to investment decisions across the capital structure. Key responsibilities include analyzing and executing investments in RMBS, ABS, and related asset classes, building and maintaining detailed cash flow models, conducting fundamental underwriting, and performing relative value analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RMBS and ABS, advanced proficiency in Intex and complex cash flow modeling, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment. Applicants for the Vice President, Structuring position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in securitized products investing, structuring, or valuations, with a focus on RMBS and ABS.
