About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Partnerships to lead its global partnerships organization and drive the company's commercial growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high-performing partnerships team, as well as overseeing strategic relationships across various sectors and global markets. This executive leadership role demands a professional with a proven track record in partnership leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to engage effectively with senior executives. The VP of Partnerships will be accountable for the overall performance, effectiveness, and growth of the partnerships function, including revenue generation, team leadership, and operational execution. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Partnerships include commercial leadership and revenue ownership, team leadership and organizational scaling, strategic growth and market development, stakeholder leadership and representation, and commercial excellence with process discipline. The ideal candidate will have 12-20+ years' of experience in partnerships, enterprise sales, commercial leadership, or equivalent senior roles, with a strong history of closing large-scale, multi-year strategic partnerships. They should possess a deep understanding of enterprise decision-making structures, the ability to build commercial systems, and a strong external network across relevant industries. Experience in global platforms, events, media, consulting, or ecosystem-driven businesses is highly desirable. The role offers the opportunity to shape a category-defining institution at scale and requires an individual with exceptional leadership presence, communication ability, and strategic judgment.
