About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Compliance Risk Assessment and Data Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the US risk assessment process, including managing the workflow for ratings and related data flows. This role involves the development and continuous support of a new risk assessment dashboard to provide insights into business, regulatory rules, and ratings changes, as well as related controls. The VP will also manage reporting and metrics deliverables, provide input into the regulatory rules inventory, and support the firm's control mapping to applicable rules. Close partnership with the compliance advisory team and participation in technology and automation initiatives for core compliance are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the VP role at the company should have a strong background in compliance, risk assessment, and data analytics, preferably within a financial services or technology environment. The role requires the ability to manage and support complex processes, develop and maintain dashboards, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of risk assessment data. A proactive approach to challenging and supporting control mapping, as well as the ability to work on ad hoc special projects, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and be adept at partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve compliance and risk management goals.
