About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Sales / Sales Director with a strong background in the apparel industry to spearhead commercial growth in the U.S. market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development across various retail channels, owning and expanding high-value national accounts, and leading a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales, deep industry expertise, and the ability to build and nurture key business relationships. The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in shaping sales strategy, leading margin-focused selling, and ensuring the smooth execution of client projects in partnership with global production and design teams. Applicants for the VP of Sales / Sales Director position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in sales or account management within the apparel, accessories, or licensed goods sectors. The role demands an individual with established relationships across major U.S. retail accounts, a strong understanding of garment production cycles, sourcing, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, possess excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills, and be willing to travel as needed.
