Career Team is looking to hire a Project Director who will be responsible for managing and supervising staff, and overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan. The Project Director will oversee all aspects of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title 1, Adult and Dislocated Worker, as well as other special project grants (RERP, and HUD-CDBG) including plans, implement, administer, and evaluate projects and activities necessary to ensure programmatic performance and compliance standards are met. In this role, the incumbent will practice working knowledge in Workforce Development protocols, which include a basic understanding of the field, core programs, and business plans. As a leader and member of the Corporate Management Team, the Executive Director is accountable for ensuring quality and integrity across Workforce functions. This position is expected to 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the listed location. Strong fiscal management of budgets, revenue management, leveraging of funds, invoice processing, and/or reconciliation Understanding of technical support underlying issues related to quality assurance and data management,t and reporting Knowledgeable of human-centered approach for excellent customer service and complaint resolution and taking action to prevent future occurrences Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to lead a team with different working styles A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient maintain a high level of confidentiality Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel), PowerPoint, training platforms, and case management or customer relations software applications Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills A Valid Driver’s License Salary $85,000-$100,000 Travel Position may require local travel up to 30% of the time Employment Type Full-time, Exempt About Career Team: Founded in 1996, Career Team, LLC is a private workforce development organization.
