Average Daily Volume: 16 patients/day

Support Staff Available: MAs: 1, Office Staff: 1

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline: 2-3 weeks

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced community health center environment
Manage a patient load of approximately 16 patients per day
Utilize EPIC EMR for all patient charting and documentation
Collaborate with onsite pediatricians, mental health therapists, and dietitians
Provide care to vulnerable populations including migrants and refugees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC or BE
Licenses: Active WA license required
DEA: Active WA DEA required
Experience: Must be experienced with EPIC; experience in community health settings preferred
Other Qualifications: Must have clean background; must be COVID and flu vaccinated

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Providers interested in multiple locations should only be submitted to their top preference.
OT is only approved by the HCA/CMO if providers exceed working the daily productivity expectation of 18 patients per shift.
Providers must be aware of and comfortable with the patient quota rule before committing to an interview.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality pediatric care in an outpatient community health setting.
Maintain a daily productivity expectation of 18 patients per shift.
Work effectively within a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary support staff including MAs and mental health professionals.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EPIC EMR system.
