Overview

Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York, major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Hematologist-Medical Oncologist to join our staff. Visa Sponsorship Available.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• The Bassett Medical Group is multispecialty with over 500 practitioners
• 1:6 shared remote call
• Dedicated inpatient oncologist
• Outpatient only
• Salary Range:
• $625,000 - $708,000 based on a 4 day work week.
• This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
• Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
• Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000
• Fellowship stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws

Job Qualifications

• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• NYS Licensure
• BLS Certification Required
• DEA Required
