Location: New York, NY or Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Duration: Contract, likely to extend with potential for conversion

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Digital Assets/Crypto program. This role focuses on business and systems analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, system integration, and coordinating UAT and end-to-end testing across large-scale initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and testing experience with knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, and cryptocurrency. They should be comfortable working across business and technology teams, investigating issues, coordinating testing activities, tracking outcomes, and preparing executive-level updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Conduct business and systems analysis to support digital asset and cryptocurrency initiatives.
• Develop end-to-end process flows, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and end-to-end testing across complex programs.
• Define testing requirements, track execution and progress, and report results.
• Perform root cause analysis on issues and coordinate resolution with business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to gather updates, manage dependencies, and support project execution.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess upstream and downstream system impacts and document end-to-end workflows.
• Support initiatives involving blockchain, tokenization, cryptocurrency, and other digital asset technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex technology programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT, system integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong business and systems analysis and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to develop process flows, workflow diagrams, and end-to-end documentation.
• Experience tracking testing progress, documenting results, and reporting outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to consolidate information from multiple teams into clear executive-level presentations and status updates.
• Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, and cryptocurrency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, or cryptocurrency initiatives.
• Experience within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) or a similarly complex financial services environment.
