Overview We are partnering with a prominent, multi-billion-dollar, private equity-backed organization headquartered in Atlanta to identify an Analyst for their growing team. This position offers significant executive-level exposure, reporting directly to a Senior Director and providing visibility to the CFO. The company operates on a hybrid in-office schedule and offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. Department Executive Recruiting, Finance & Accounting Responsibilities Evaluate business performance and market conditions Collaborate with the sales team and offer recommendations to identify opportunities for business growth Provide forecasting and reporting to senior management Produce monthly reports including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting Build strong relationships with department heads; create models and presentations that help them with decision-making on capital investment decisions and the impact of new investments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 2+ years of experience in corporate finance Strong Excel skills A team player with good communication skills and strong attention to detail Compensation and benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
