• Greet customers with a warm smile, take orders, and prepare a variety of hot and iced beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and blended creations.
• Serve up sweet treats and ensure every order meets our high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary store environment to keep things fresh and inviting.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
• Stock and replenish products, utensils, and beverages to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep track of inventory and communicate any shortages to the team.
• Receive, unload, and distribute deliveries efficiently.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service with every interaction.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to keep the store operating at its best.
