Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. Lead workplace investigations and resolve employee concerns with fairness, consistency, and confidentiality. Foster employee engagement through recognition, communication, and culture-building initiatives. Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent. Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to improve hiring, retention, and engagement. Support compensation, talent management, and succession planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment. Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience. Proven ability to coach leaders and influence business decisions. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills. Experience using HR metrics and data to drive business decisions.
