Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU — Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Position Summary Specialty: ICU – Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 12 weeks Hours per Week: 36 hours Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2268 Contract Completion Bonus: $500 Opportunity: RN – ICU Job Details Work in a lower acuity ICU setting treating general ICU, stroke (TNK), medical, surgical, behavioral health, overdose, post‑cardiac arrest, and ventilator patients. Patient ratio of 1:2‑3 for both day and night shifts based on acuity. Weekend rotation every other weekend. On‑call schedule varies based on unit needs. Holiday expectations vary based on unit needs. 2‑3 years of ICU experience required. First‑time travelers considered upon review. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Required skills: reading and interpreting strips, ventilator management, chest tubes, tracheostomies, line management, and proning experience. Must be proficient with bedside and nursing station telemonitoring (no tele tech in the ICU). Charting system: EPIC. Equipment used: Alaris and Pyxis. Must be comfortable floating to the Cardiac unit. One orientation shift provided to learn unit flow. Scrub color: Any professional scrubs. Free parking available for employees in designated areas. Facility This facility is a 101‑bed Level IV Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center. The ICU consists of 11 beds and is supported by a robust team including CNAs, phlebotomy services, an IV/VAT team available during day shifts, respiratory therapy available 24/7, hospitalist coverage 24/7, an ICU educator, and an intensivist on‑site from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with eICU coverage overnight.
