This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management organization. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of APPFOLIO property management software, or the ability to quickly learn, enjoy working with people in person, be results motivated, and highly trustworthy. Candidate should have some knowledge of home maintenance, and be able to spot potential issues inside a home. Personal appearance and hygiene is important, as you will be entering into others homes. Professionalism is paramount! We need you to be able to treat each home and tenant with respect, and dignity. We are trusting you to enter into homes that might not be occupied, so trustworthiness is a non-negotiable. We would like to find our next property manager from this position. Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but would be very beneficial. We like to promote from within. Bonus opportunities available from day 1! ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform move-in/out property evaluations Security deposit dispositions Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services Perform work in a timely manner Schedule, communicate, perform, and invoice evaluations Maintain the established customer service standards for both owners and residents Promptly respond, pursue, and resolve issues Assist the portfolio manager and account managers Delivering tenant notices KEY ATTRIBUTES Must have excellent technical skills Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Written and verbal communication skills Detail conscious Sense of urgency Excellent telephone and face to face manner and technique Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives REQUIREMENTS Ability to prepare, write, and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff Local area knowledge Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office & Google Suite Knowledge of the Internet and email Reliable transportation, drivers license, and insurance Smart phone After probation period this position offers group benefit plans and PTO. Mileage is reimbursed at the required yearly rate.
