Bilingual Workers' Comp Claims Specialist
SWBC
SWBC is seeking a skilled professional to manage workers' compensation claims from initial injury reporting through closure. You will liaise with clients, injured employees, insurers, adjusters, HR, and payroll to ensure timely and accurate claim handling and return-to-work support. You will educate parties on procedures, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide top-tier customer service.
