Overview Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to support financial operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, consistency in prior roles, and the ability to manage AR processes independently. Schedule & Compensation Hours: 30 hours/week Location: Lexington, MA, Monday & Friday Remote. Pay: $25–$28/hour (with potential increase to ~$30/hour upon conversion) Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing Support month-end close activities related to AR Qualifications 5+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Strong tenure and demonstrated stability in prior roles High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a structured, onsite environment Experience with accounting systems (SAP experience is a plus, not required) Preferred Experience Background in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments (highly desirable) Why This Opportunity Consistent part-time schedule with Fridays off Opportunity to work within a growing, innovative industry Potential for long-term conversion #J-18808-Ljbffr
