As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll work face-to-face with customers in a retail environment, helping them explore wireless products, upgrades, and service solutions that best fit their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T wireless products and services in a professional retail setting
• Assist customers with wireless plans, device upgrades, new enrollments, and account support
• Deliver personalized customer experiences by understanding individual needs and recommending solutions
• Answer questions related to products, services, billing, and promotions
• Work toward individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to support campaign growth and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication, and sales development

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
