Responsibilities

What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

• Material Movement & Heavy Lifting: Consistently lift, carry, push, and pull raw materials and finished products from one area of the facility to another.
• Stocking & Staging: Organize, stack, and restock inventory onto shelves, pallets, or designated storage areas to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Loading & Unloading: Help load finished goods onto trucks for shipment and unload incoming raw materials, checking them against instructions.
• Following Route & Placement Instructions: Carefully follow verbal or written directions to ensure the right items are moved to the exact right locations safely.
• Space Organization: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and stocking areas clean, orderly, and free of obstructions.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 7 hrs of overtime per week
