Position: AI Agent Platform Lead

Rate: $75-80/hr W2
Role Summary

Our client is seeking a hands-on AI Agent Platform Lead to build and scale a compliant, access-controlled operating model for AI agents and agentic workflows. This individual contributor will help transition AI initiatives from pilots to production-ready, governed solutions primarily using Copilot and Claude , partnering across Marketing, MarTech, Legal, Compliance, and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of a scalable governance and operating framework for AI agents and workflows.
• Bring existing AI agents into compliance with company policies, privacy, risk, access, and audit requirements.
• Establish reusable frameworks for user/data access, knowledge management, testing, risk management, usage tracking, and auditability.
• Drive approved AI use cases from proof of concept and pilot through launch and scaled deployment.
• Create reusable templates, playbooks, launch frameworks, and self-service materials to accelerate adoption.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking adoption, operational health, risk, usage, and business value.
• Support the development and launch of AI solutions across marketing use cases, including creative briefs, creative review, brand/voice, content workflows, and enablement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and provide executive-ready updates on roadmap, governance readiness, and operational performance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading the rollout of AI, automation, workflow, or digital platforms in a cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, access controls, privacy, risk management, documentation, and auditability.
• Experience taking AI agents, workflow automations, or digital products from pilot to scaled deployment.
• Familiarity with prompt design, workflow orchestration, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch support.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and translate evolving policies into practical implementation plans.
• Experience developing dashboards and operating reports measuring adoption, quality, risk, usage, and value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations, playbooks, and process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with agentic orchestration platforms such as Gradial, MCP, or API-based integrations.
• Experience with marketing workflows, content operations, campaign processes, or MarTech environments.
• Experience building reusable frameworks, templates, playbooks, and self-service operating models.
• Familiarity with SFMC, Figma, Adobe Journey Optimizer, DAM ecosystems, or related marketing technologies
