What You'll Do Handle inbound calls from members regarding checking, savings, debit cards, and account servicing needs. Provide exceptional customer service while navigating multiple systems. Resolve member concerns efficiently in a high-volume contact center environment. Work with a supportive team focused on delivering world-class service. Schedule Expectations (Must Be Flexible) ⚠️ The schedule is one of the most important parts of this role. Start times range from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM End times can be as late as 8:30 PM Must be willing to work one weekend day most weeks Schedule flexibility is required and shifts are generally not changed after assignment Fast-paced environment with back-to-back member interactions Pre-Employment Requirements Must pass an FBI lifetime check Must pass a credit check (generally less than $6,000 in collections) Must be able to verify previous employment Must be able to verify education credentials Why People Love This Opportunity

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
