KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team to exceed sales targets
• Structure and present deals while working with banks and lenders to secure

financing approvals

• Assist the team in customer interactions, negotiations, and closing deals
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Foster a customer-focused sales culture that enhances the dealership’s
