Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and assisting with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
