Job Description Preparing and filing forms with USCIS and other agencies, including immigration courts and federal courts. Communicating directly with clients regarding their cases. Performing legal research and analyzing documents. Proficiency in Writing (English). Managing caseloads and tracking deadlines. Strong attention to detail for handling immigration cases. Proficiency in legal research databases and excellent organizational skills are required. Bilingual skills are a significant advantage, particularly in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
