New Product Introduction Pilot Operator III This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility. Your role Operate development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing development products Assist the development teams to define process procedures and the process parameters Measuring and recording process parameters once established Accurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History Record Complying with Good Manufacturing Processes with regard to material labeling, SOPs, and proper segregation of material in the production process You're the right fit if Some experience in cleanroom production assembly environment is preferred Ability to routinely use a microscope Good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination Ability to stand for extended periods of time Strong attention to details Ability to work in a regulated environment and understand Standard Operating Procedures Works will with others and independently Shift and location First shift role working Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role. Philips Transparency Details Pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $20.00 to $30.00, plus overtime eligibility. Base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
