Seeking Compassionate MICU Registered Nurse for Contract Position

Hourly Pay Rate: $54

Schedule: 3x12's / 36 Hours / Every Other Weekend

Estimated Patient Ratios: 1:1-2

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of Medical ICU experience required
State Issued RN License
Certifications required: BCLS, ACLS & NIHSS, AHA Certifications only
Epic experience required

Skills Required:

Proficient in IV start
Experience with telemetry
Competency with ventilators

Specialized Experience in:

Multisystem Organ Failure
Respiratory Failure
COVID
Sepsis
Post-Cardiac Arrest
Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)
Liver Failure
Renal Failure

Special Procedures/Unit Details:

Continuous Glucose Monitoring for Hyperglycemia
Externalized IV Pumps for COVID+ Patients
Special Equipment Knowledge:
NxStage CRRT
Alaris IV Pump
GE Cardiac Monitor
GE Ventilator
Boom Lift in Each Patient Room
