History Adjunct Instructor

Instructors are responsible for establishing and promoting an effective learning environment to maximize student learning. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in History from an accredited institution of higher education Demonstrated currency in the field of History Demonstrated ongoing professional growth Additional Experiences Considered Experience teaching Western Civilization survey courses (early and later) and / or Michigan history courses. College teaching experience in face-to-face and online environments. Community college teaching experience. Experience teaching diverse student populations. Experience with teaching courses for dual enrollment initiatives. Application Deadline Position will remain open until filled.
