As a Security Officer Reception Operations in Wilmington, DE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a residential community, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage access, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain a welcoming environment through a visible presence, professionalism, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff at the front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the residential location by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required.
• Answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, provide directions, and communicate resident or visitor concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity and security-related systems, document relevant events, and report unusual activity to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
