Family Nurse Practitioner OpportunityAscension Saint Agnes is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Ascension Saint Agnes Health Center located on the Saint Agnes campus. The role provides full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages within a supportive environment that emphasizes flexibility, clinical autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous clinical experience as an FNP. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Saint Agnes to provide medical services to patients.Position Highlights:Established practice with diverse patient populationFlexible scheduling optionsEmbedded care management and social work supportResponsibilities:In collaboration with a physician, provide for the expansion of individualized primary healthcare services by diagnosing and treating certain acute or chronic health conditions.Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.Education:Master's degree of Nursing required.
